To create an account please contact an admin or send us a request here.
To Submit Ticket:
– Log in if not already.
– You may open a new ticket by clicking the Open Ticket button.
– When submitting a ticket, fill out all necessary information with as much detail as possible.
– If you have resolved your issue, you may close your own ticket by going to the Support Tickets tab and clicking My Tickets.
– You may check ticket status of open tickets at any time by going to the Support Tickets tab and clicking Check Ticket Status.
– It is always best practice to sign-out when you are away from your computer.
